A deductible is an amount that you're responsible for in the event of a loss. This is the amount you pay out-of-pocket, and insurance covers the remainder.
The owner of the property is ultimately responsible. The liability can be addressed with an insurance contract, but most carriers will exclude or not cover the exposure of a trampoline. The tenants lease should address the possession or liability of the trampoline.
